All our services and repairs are carried out to the highest quality and where possible we will even improve the overall integrity of the item.
Our contacts have enabled us to source the highest quality of materials which manufacturers use worldwide. Further, our repairs standards have gained the confidence of many Australian and offshore manufacturers and as a result we are now warranty assessors for many companies.
All our tradespeople are highly skilled technicians. They have been trained on the job by Remote and have an average of three years experience. All our tradespeople are able to offer solutions when it comes to saving or improving the life of your much loved gear.
As each job is unique and special, we are unable to provide a quote over the phone. We request that you either come into the workshop or send in your goods to have them assessed. At this point there is no obligation to carry on beyond the quote however as every job is unique sometimes quotes may need to be altered depending on the repairers recommendations.
All work is carried out on the premises and takes approximately 5 to 7 days on average to turnaround.
When sending your gear in for repair, please include
- A clear description of the damage (don’t forget to indicate where the damage is).
- Your contact details (including a daytime telephone number, for when we need to contact you with our assessment).
For health regulations, all gear must be clean when sending for repair, or a cleaning charge will apply.
